3 CHALLENGE QUESTIONS
I am including three out of the six question sets and exercises from the Grow Your Mindfulness Business Challenge.
Set aside 5 minutes to reflect on/work through each and then apply your own insights in your marketing plan for 2021.
Who initially introduced you to mindfulness and why did you feel like you could relate to that person? Even though there may have been hundreds of other teachers, WHY did you connect with that one in particular?
Then think about what type of people would connect with YOU specifically rather than other teachers – based on where you are in life and how you can relate to them.
Look in your inbox and look at ten emails from businesses that you subscribed to. Why did you subscribe to these lists? What kind of content are they providing that you’re finding valuable?
Subscribe to your favorite mindfulness, meditation, or personal growth-related author’s email list and save those emails and then see what kind of content they are sharing.
Think about what your audience may be interested in learning more about and how you can create a similar email sequence.
What questions do you get most when you start working with people to teach them mindfulness? Consider writing blog posts about these.
Or to get even more ideas about what people enjoying reading about as it relates to your particular area of mindfulness, go to: https://ubersuggest.com/ and type in a few keywords relating to your niche (for example mindfulness in the workplace, stress relief for women etc.).
Then on the left side, click on "Content Ideas." Pick at least 3 articles on the list to read and then think about how you can address that topic from your own unique perspective and write a blog/newsletter/social media post about it.
